Staked!
I came home the other day to see that the surveyors had been by the house. We had an intial survey before we moved in, but we wanted to get the stakes in the ground because we weren't exactly sure where the property lines were.
Turns out that the side lines were about where we thought they were, but the fence on the back of the property is about a foot into our yard. So that will be nice to "reclaim". Our neighbor's fence is even farther forward - to the point where his neighbors fence is in his yard. He's not sure how to broach the subject of moving the fence back with the neighbors... =/

Hello,
We are moving along in our plans to build a garage/studio. We hired an architect and have some preliminary plans and are awaiting a soil survey to determine the type of foundation we will need.
We will do as you two plan...live in the studio while we have the kitchen in the bungalow remodeled.
we are still workign on this! Soon enough.. the fun will begin....
